Helio is a private journal for your GLP-1 routine — a place to remember what you did. These terms describe what Helio is, what it isn’t, and the few things we each agree to. They are meant to be read, not endured.
Helio is a private record-keeping journal for your GLP-1 routine: injections, sites, vial dates, your saved label details, food-noise check-ins, and habit notes. It helps you remember what you did and keep it legible over time.
Helio is a journal, not a clinical tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or tell you what to do next. It does not suggest doses or injection sites — where it shows a next available site, that is a reflection of your own history and spacing, not a recommendation.
Your pharmacy label and your clinician are the source of truth for your protocol. If anything in Helio disagrees with your label, follow your label and contact your pharmacist or clinician.
Your journal is private and account-gated — only you can open it. Access is granted by your account record, not by a payment redirect, a link, or anything stored in your browser. If access is ever uncertain, it stays closed until your account confirms it.
Helio is a subscription, billed through Stripe at $7.99 / month. You can cancel any time; access continues through the period you’ve paid for, and your export goes with you.
Features may change as Helio grows. We aim for reliability, but we don’t promise uninterrupted availability, and we’ll be honest about what is built versus planned. We say shipped only when it is.
Please use Helio as intended: a personal journal. Don’t attempt to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or use it in ways that put others at risk. Accounts that do may be suspended.
Your history is yours. You can export your full record as a plain CSV file at any time, and you can delete your account and your data. Leaving should be as calm as staying — no traps, no lock-in.

These terms cover Helio as it operates today. Account, billing, export, and deletion flows all live behind your account.
